Flickr RSS Widgets show your flickr photo on your blog. It’s use rss to grab your photo to your blog.
Your RSS feed can be found on your Flickr homepage. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the RSS 2.0 link and copy that into the flickr widgets configuration panel.
